I haven't had time to take pics of the apartment yet, but here are some pics of our upgraded view.

...sorry it's kinda small.  Tried to capture the panoramic effect.  you can see downtown on the hill on the left side of the picture.  Needless to say, it looks bigger from the balcony.  :)

And while we're on a picture kick, here are a few fall pictures that capture a little New England color.  The fall ivy is from the high school.  Love the old architecture.
